An anonymous tipster has shared this image of Samsung Galaxy S5. Galaxy S5 specs confirmed with this alleged photo of rear box Samsung’s upcoming flagship phone. Expected to release this February at Samsung Unpacked 5, Samsung Galaxy S5 leaks have been in abundance lately. 

Originally shared by SamsungGalaxyS5.nl, the leaked photo of packaging has finally got us Galaxy S5 specs confirmed. Here are the Samsung Galaxy S5 confirmed specs taken from the leaked image shared:

• QHD, 5.25-inch Super AMOLED display
• 2.5GHz quad-core processor
• 20-megapixel rear-facing camera – wasn’t it supposed to be 16? 
• 2-megapixel rear camera
• 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM
• IR Blaster
• 4G LTE
• 3,000 mAh battery

The specs shared with this leaked image are a bit different than the rumors and speculations that have been going rounds in the past month or so. The leaked image of Galaxy S5 specs confirmed though shows packaging very similar to that of Galaxy S4 and the Note 3 giving some tiny credibility to the image. If true, these could be the specs of Samsung Galaxy S5′s premium variant that is supposed to be launched this year mirroring Apple’s mechanics of launching two variants of flagship smartphone.

It’s just a few more days to go till Samsung Unpacked officially launches the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone at Mobile World Congress from February 24 to 27. Let’s see if we can get any more leaks and tips confirming these specs.
