The Nexus 6 Unboxed – Take A Look At Google’s 5.9 Inch Android L Stunner
Google launched the Nexus 6 this year and the device came with
impressive specifications. Running on Android L, the device was
manufactured by Google and Motorola (now a Lenovo company) and bears a
strong resemblance to the latter’s Moto X. The Nexus 6 has a huge 5.9
inch QHD AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440. As with any
flagship out there, the device has a super sleek design despite the huge

Google’s Nexus 6 comes with the 2.7 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 on
board. While the Snapdragon 805 is Qualcomm’s jewel in the crown, the
SoC is nevertheless 32-bit and is therefore unable to fully utilize the
capabilities offered by Android 5.0. The Adreno 420 GPU on board the
Snapdragon 805 offers up to 40% increased GPU performance over its
predecessor, the Adreno 330.
Rear camera for the Nexus 6 has a resolution of 13 MP and is complete
with dual-LED flash and optical image stabilization. The camera is also
capable of shooting UHD video, which is a nice touch for a device that
started with an unusually high price tag for Nexus device.
In fact, the price of the Nexus 6 also led some to speculate that the
phone will be the downfall of the Nexus lineup. The 32 GB variant of
the Nexus 6 has a price tag of $629 and the 64 GB variant will end up
leaving you $649 lighter off contract. However there is word these days
that the device will come for $199 on contract. If true, this could end
up being a major relief for all Nexus fans out there who want to enjoy
