How to Root AT&T Galaxy S4 on UCUAMF3

Those of you who have updated their Samsung Galaxy S4 to the latest official UCUAMF3 know that rooting has been impossible ever since. The security update that came for Verizon first was now updated for the AT&T too making all the previous root solutions useless. Not anymore! Follow this guide to use this new root solution that is working perfectly. Root your AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 model i337.
Note: this tutorial is only written for AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 that runs on stock Android UCUAMF3 firmware. Using this guide on other devices might brick your Android device.

Prerequisites to root AT&T Galaxy S4 on UCUAMF3:

Download and install USB drivers for Galaxy S4 in your computer or you should have KIES on your computer.
Make sure to take backup of any important files on your smart phone.
Enable USB debugging option by pressing Menu > Settings > Applications. Navigate and tap on Developer Options to ensure that USB Debugging is enabled.
Ensure that your AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 carries more than 70% of charge.

How to root AT&T Galaxy S4 on UCUAMF3:

Required files: download the the Android Terminal Emulator app from Google Play here. Install it. Also, download the root package from here. Create a new folder on desktop and unzip the root package into that folder – you will get four files.

Connect your AT&T Galaxy S4 with the computer using a USB cable.
Copy all the files from the new folder and paste them to the S4′s SD card.
Disconnect the USB cable.
Open Android Terminal Emulator on Galaxy S4.
Enter the following commands now:
- cd /mnt/extSdCard
- pwn
- and ./script.sh

Once you are done running the commands, Busybox and SuperSu will be installed on your AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4.
